That lead quality, property values, or contract assignability will meet your expectations

You assume all responsibility for your due diligence.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Post fraudulent or misleading information
Misrepresent ownership or contractual interest in a property
Impersonate another person or company
Use the Site for illegal or deceptive purposes
